The Leave application must state the reason clearly and be signed by the student and countersigned by the Parent/Guardian/Hostel Warden. The leave letter should be submitted to the HOD. Students are strictly advised not to take leave or absent during days when they havepractical classes.
In case of illness, if the student absent for last three days or more, the absentee shall submit a Medical Certificate from a recognized Doctor.
If the student is absent without leave letter her absence will immediately be reported to her parents or to the Hostel warden.
+ Students who have to leave the class during a session for any valid reason must do so only after obtaining permission from the Principal.
Those students who represent the college for various competitions such as fine arts, sports and NSS camps are given the credit of attendance for the period. They should fill in the prescribed forms meant for on duty and get them countersigned by the Professor-in-charge and submit to the Principal before they leave the College for participation.
