Welcome to the Annai Women's College (Arts and Science) for Excellence and Technology from Annai Sri Aurobindo Educational Trust (ASAET), established in the year 2007. Our institution is dedicated to empowering young women through comprehensive education and fostering holistic development. With a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, we cater to the diverse academic interests and career aspirations of our students.
Our undergraduate programs include BA (Tamil), BA (English),B.Sc (Mathematics), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.Sc (Physics), B.Sc (Chemistry), B.Sc (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning), B.Sc (Hospital Administration), B.Sc (Information Technology), BCA, B.Com, B.Com with Computer Applications, BBA. Additionally, we offer eight postgraduate programs: MA (Tamil), MA (English), M.Sc (Mathematics), M.Sc (Computer Science), M.Sc (Physics), M.Com, M.Com with Computer Applications and MBA. We also offer a range of professional and value-added programs to enhance our students' skills and employability.
At ASAET, we believe in transcending traditional educational boundaries by incorporating various value-added programs, placement training, and outbound training. Our esteemed faculty, with their sharp academic acumen and visionary leadership, ensure that our institution continues to achieve honour and glory, realizing the dreams of Swami Vivekananda by empowering everyone through education.
The Trust behind ASAET is committed to making higher education accessible and affordable. In 2008, we established the Sri Aurobindo College of Nursing and Sri Aurobindo School of Nursing with the motto "Imparting Nursing Education at the School and Collegiate levels and making them dedicate and serve the people through commitment." We initially offered a B.Sc. (Nursing) program and a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. These programs have successfully graduated more than 17 batches of students who are now well-placed in reputed institutions both in India and abroad.
To further support the professional development of our diploma holders, we introduced the Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) program in 2010. In 2012, we expanded our offerings with the M.Sc. (Nursing) program, specializing in Medical and Surgical Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, and Maternal and Child Health Nursing. Our nursing programs are recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, the TamilNadu Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai, and affiliated with the TamilNadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.
Annai Women’s College actively foster the spirit of energy, enthusiasm, participation, and healthy competition among our students by organizing national and international seminars, conferences, symposiums, and inter-collegiate competitions. Additionally, the Trust provides free education to economically deprived students and runs an old age home through the Karur Charitable Trust within our campus. We also offer free bus facilities for the convenience of all students.

The emblem of the Annai Women's College of Arts and Science for Excellence and Technology (ASAET) is rich in symbolism, representing our core values and educational philosophy. At the center of the emblem, a holy lamp with three burning wicks signifies the illumination of the heart, mind, and soul of our learners. This central motif is surrounded by a desktop computer, an open book, a laptop computer, and a holy shrine, each bearing its own significance.
The *desktop computer* symbolizes the integral and pervasive role of technology in modern life, while the *open book* represents the endless pursuit of knowledge. The *laptop* highlights the rapid advancement of technology, reflecting our commitment to staying current in the digital age. The *holy shrine* signifies the spiritual and ethical environment in which our students are nurtured, emphasizing the importance of moral and ethical values in education.
The apothegm *"DESIRE, DIRECTION, DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE"* encapsulates the essential qualities we instill in our students. These guiding principles ensure that our students develop into honorable citizens of high moral and ethical standards.
The Trust's motto, *"Toil and Triumph,"* is proudly inscribed, signifying the enduring values of hard work and success.
Additionally, the *sheaf* holding the emblem represents the agricultural heritage of our region, symbolizing the background of many of our students and honoring the primary occupation of the local community.
